Naturopathic doctor Katelyn Cloyd was born and raised in San Diego. She received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2011 and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University California in 2017. During her studies at Bastyr University, she took elective courses in biofeedback, digestive health, IV/injection therapies, women’s health, and autoimmune diseases. She has continued her education in the treatment of chronic diseases through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Her goal as a naturopathic doctor is to explore the complex and unique interactions in each patient’s genetics, history, environment, lifestyle, and physiology that are all playing a role in his/her current state of health. She thoroughly enjoys being a partner and teacher in her patients’ journeys toward optimal wellness.
